  6. The procedures and instructions outlined in  these files are  correct to the
  7. best of my knowledge and given  in   good  faith.   Following them carefully
  8. should result in  a working short wave receiver (I have built seven or eight
  9. working ones so  far). However,   inexperienced   electronic  hobbyists  are
  10. warned that working with and near AC line voltages, as required  in a couple
  11. of the procedures, is  dangerous and should  NOT  be  attempted  by   anyone
  12. lacking the necessary  expertise  and skills. Get  help from an  experienced
  13. hobbyist or technician if you have ANY doubts.
